Since beginning my training career in 2017, I've dedicated myself to the art and science of personal training and coaching. My path to this profession was born from a life-altering experience. In 2013, I was involved in a severe accident where I was struck by a car at 40 miles per hour. The impact was so critical that I was airlifted to a hospital and underwent two brain surgeries, followed by a medically induced coma that lasted five weeks.

During my recovery, my perspective on life and health transformed profoundly. My background as a boxer for San Jose State University, where I trained rigorously with peers, fused with my newfound passion for wellness and recovery. This blend of experiences ignited a love for personal training—a field where I could channel my energy and enthusiasm for helping others.
